Returns & Refund Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories, labels, and invoice intact. Products that are installed, assembled, or damaged due to use are not eligible for return or replacement.

For approved returns, we will arrange courier pickup. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the product. Refunds are usually completed within 10 working days.
